Tribute to Caroline Walker Bynum, Berkshire Conference of Women Historians, Toronto, May 22-25, 2014

I was deeply honored to be involved in a panel devoted to the work and impact of Caroline Walker Bynum at the Berkshire Conference of Women Historians, held May 22-25 in Toronto.  The panel, organized by Felice Lifshitz and Suzanne Akbari, was called  “Beliefs, Bodies and Making History Matter:  Multigenerational Encounters with the Work of Caroline Walker Bynum,” and also featured the amazing historians Lean DeVun, Kaitlin Heller, and Elisheva Baumgarten; Jacqueline Jung unfortunately couldn't be there.
